TCI Cablecure offers a most advantageous solution for any cable network owner thanks to a unique process permitting the rejuvenation of cables by injection, with TCI Cablecure, longevity and economy are easily achieved. Hayes Communications, a division of TCI, specializes in the development and execution of strategic traffic control plans to ensure a safe environment for both the workers and the public for various types of work conducted on Quebec roads.

In 1978, Mr. Claude Gauthier, originally lineman for Hydro-Quebec, created the company Transelec with the help of a few partners. The company then specialized in the construction, the management, and maintenance of aerial and underground power networks.   In 1994, the Trois-Rivières based company acquired Entreprises de Travaux Common Ltée specialized in the civil works. Later in 1997, Mr. Gauthier becomes the sole proprietor of the two enterprises and merges them a few months later and TCI is born.

Stephane, Mr. Gauthier's son, is gradually involved within TCI occupying different positions. He leads the activities of TCI while applying the same organisational values of his father. In fact, Stephane is well aware that in order to succeed, one must rely and surround himself with the best people at the right positions.

In a short period of time Hayes Communications Inc. and Instech Telecommunication Inc. join the TCI group. With this new expertise, TCI can now excel in the ever expanding telecommunication sector of the time.

Then, the enterprise obtains CableCure® technology exclusive license covering all of Canada and CCIS (Canadian Cable Injection Services) is born, operating today under the name of TCI Cablecure.

In the same year, 2005, TCI acquires Neolect inc.; an enterprise specialized in exterior lighting such as traffic control, road lighting and signage.

Always as passionate and involved, Mr. Claude Gauthier is now Chairman of the Board of Directors of TCI and works in close collaboration with Stephane in business development; a visionary tandem at the helm of a top ranked   Quebec enterprise employing over 1 200 employees with a annual business volume of more than 170 million dollars.
